At UNITED, we strive to provide an approachable and empowering framework to develop strong, high-iq basketball players who know how to get the best out of themselves by giving their best to others. By deconstructing the game into smaller, more understandable components and helping players identify their strengths and opportunities, we empower them to contribute to the team's success right away while having a plan for their unique development.

Playing unselfish basketball leads to better ball movement, open shot opportunities, and team cohesion, improving the team's overall effectiveness.
Individually Dangerous
Each player's unique gifts are developed in order to build confidence and contributed to the team's effectiveness. Every member of the team is encouraged to be assertive when on the court providing a constant threat to the opposition.
Uniquely Unselfish
What makes us unique is our unselfish approach to the game. With 5 dangerous weapons on the court at all times who are willing to share the ball, the team becomes unstoppably dynamic, adjusting and attacking at all times.

Players do not have to try and be someone they are not, they are welcomed into the team as an individual and encouraged only to become better versions of themselves. The more confidence we gain in our own abilities, the more we can contribute to the team's success.

In order to become the best versions of ourselves, we must connect with a purpose outside of our own and submit to the goals of the team as our highest priority. To reach the highest levels of success in a team game, we must always put our motives second and the team's objectives first.
